The foundations lodged somewhere beneath this site
harken back to the days when HTML was an assembly of tables and rows. As the internet has evolved, so has this site grown and transformed into something more resembling a refined, finished presentation. In its current form, it is a desktop-first website, fixed-width-adaptive on desktop and notebooks and fully responsive on mobile devices. This is a clean-sheet, hand-coded site. There are no frameworks involved and no external dependencies. If the Amish built websites, this is probably how they would go about it.
